OUR STORY
1st Generation Family-Owned Business
We are a small diversified regenerative farm selling chicken and duck eggs and market vegetables. We bought our old farmstead in early 2021 and are slowly bringing it back to life through building soil and living in harmony with nature, our family and our community. We are 2022 Land Stewardship Project Farm Beginnings Alumni and practice sustainable farming. In our view, life is best when things are "just ducky".

Our Vision
We believe that good food comes from living in harmony with nature and the soil. Our farmstead's vision is to rebuild this little farmstead in a way that provides food for our family, heals the soil, and is a positive force in our community. We strive to achieve this vision by feeding our spirit, family and community in a way that heals the land and body.
Our Values
Family: Time focused around our family, doing things together, prioritizing our child.
Regenerative: Practicing conservation, healing the land and soil health, always thinking about how we help move the land in a direction that is positive for the environment, our family and our community
Resilience: Being financially, and physically resilient and responsible. Not overextending ourselves in a way that risks our farm or family; while also building a strong financial and physical base to remain viable in ebbs and flows.
Intentional: Practicing what is best for the farm, our family, and our community, not just doing things the “easy way”
Health: Focusing on the health of our physical, mental and spiritual beings, including understanding our limits advocating for the inclusion of self-care in agriculture.
Community: We are built on supporting our community through generosity and the building bridges with those around us.
